What’s Included
- Preventative Maintenance and Safety Inspection. Comprehensive multi-point maintenance appointment(s) including cleaning, adjustment, safety checks, and a written Equipment Condition Report.
- Filter Check and Cleaning. Inspection and cleaning (or replacement at Member price) of standard filters.
- Convenient Maintenance Appointment Reminders. Automated reminders by the Member’s choice of phone, text, or email one month before the maintenance appointment due date.
- Priority Scheduling. Preferred booking for routine and emergency service calls.
- Emergency Response. Energy Works will respond to no-heat or no-cool emergencies within 24 hours of notification.
Member Benefits and Discounts
- Locked-In Pricing. Maintenance appointment pricing is locked in for the full membership agreement term.
- 10% Off HVAC Service. Members receive 10% off all HVAC service, including trip and diagnostic charges, repairs (labor and parts), and technician-recommended upgrades and add-on products such as upgraded air filters, UV air purification systems, smart thermostats, and other system enhancements. Standard 1″ filters are excluded.
- $100 Annual Credit Accrual. Credit toward replacement of existing, regularly maintained equipment. Accrues $100 each year as long as the membership is active.
